Two Things to Celebrate from Today (Again)

Got two things to celebrate today – but I am VERY happy about the second one!

1. School supplies I ordered for my oldest arrived today.

2. I got an idea for an article to write. When I first got the idea, I thought, “Nah, I don’t think I should write it.” I just didn’t think I was the right person to write it! I had a TON of self-doubts keeping me from writing down my article idea. But, finally, towards the end of the day, you know, I just thought, “Why not give it a try?” I am not an expert on this topic, but maybe I can interview an expert. Plus, I could do research on this topic and see if that takes me anywhere. I have time to put it together, anyway! So finally, I wrote down the title idea I had, then I wrote the introduction. I gathered together my research materials and whipped together an outline. I am not sure yet if the outline is complete, but it is a good start. So I am celebrating overcoming my self-doubts and writing the notes and ideas that I had for an article. Woo-hoo!
